Wayfinder helps individuals with resume related services including resume writing, cover letters, case studies and other related career documents. Most importantly, they work with individuals on goals and helping people get to their next career with confidence and hope.
The Challenge
Formerly XPM2 Resume Services the organization had a website that made the ordering processes challenging and did not fully reflect their suite of services.
The Solution
We worked with the client through a rebranding effort to position the company as Wayfinder Career Services with a modern website and automated approach to onboarding new customers through online ordering. This included a change of website domains, emails, and messaging.
