The Challenge
The Arizona based builder has decades of experience to showcase to prospective home buyers. He offers a variety of custom build options including pre-designed plans, custom home-plans, and selected developments that offer selected designs. In addition, the website will receive a lot of leads for people inquiring about the properties they are building. These come from realtors, brokers, investors, banks, and individuals. The client needs a way to sort who is who as well as the credibility of the lead.
The Solution
We had a lot of fun coming up with a design that felt like life in Northern Arizona and showcasing the work that the builder has developed over the years, We also came up with a creative way of showcasing the different communities that he is currently developing in. Finally, we created a targeted lead capture system to help the client understand and manage the leads that came from his website.
