FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association
The Houston Chapter of The FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association (CAAA) is a non-profit tax exempt 501 (c) (3) organization separate and apart from the FBI, dedicated to supporting the mission of the FBI.
The Challenge
The association serves its members with special events and information. The website must allow people to apply for membership, have a member approval system, accept payment for up to three membership levels and allow access to private member only content for approved members including a member directory.
The Solution
We first looked at the overall design of the website which was very outdated in the old site. We performed a full site redesign to attract new member applicants and developed a membership sign up system that allows for payment through PayPal and an approval process by board members. Once a member is accepted they have the ability to login and manage their own profile in the member directory and access blog content exclusively for members.
